We started our apiary in 2015. Bees are fascinating, confounding, hardworking, amazing creatures. Every year, I learn more about how to care for them and help them thrive! Bees are always teaching me something new, and they keep me on my toes. I genuinely enjoy the challenges and the sweet rewards. The kids also enjoy beekeeping. But no one likes mowing in front of the hives. (Ouch!) The honey we harvest is raw and unprocessed. We strain, bottle, and apply a label.
